Here are the questions we are often asked about our services and policies.

Are you located in another establishment?

Yes, we are located inside of The Marksman Range.

If you come to The Marksman, please inform an employee on the main floor that you are wanting to see the gunsmith. They'll let us know and someone will be assisting you shortly.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns as we sell the labor for the repairs, cleaning, and custom work.

Do you ship overseas and to P.O. boxes?

No, we are unable to ship overseas or to P.O. boxes.

We are only able to ship to the 50 states of the United States.

We are able to accept shipments from and ship to any Federal Firearms Licensee (F.F.L.) holder. Typically, F.F.L. holders are gunsmiths and firearms dealers.

Please check with your local F.F.L. holder to make sure they will be able to accept shipment of your firearm back from us.

I live in another town or state. Can you work on my firearm?

Yes, we provide services for those who are out-of-town as well as out-of-state.

Ship your firearm to us and we will return it when the repairs or upgrades are complete.

Do you have customer service?

Of course! You will most often speak with Millard who is our gunsmith and the owner of Summit Arms Services.
